Seven Valves s.r.l. was founded in 2009 in Rho (Milan) Italy by professionals with a long experience in the design, the production and the trade of Ball Valves for power, chemical , petrolchemical and oil & gas.

In 2017 Seven was acquired by Nihon Koso Co., Ltd., a global leader in the desing & manufacture of standard and engineered specialty valves & actuators. The company name was changed to Koso Italy S.r.l

In 2018, Koso Italy acquired the assets of Parcol S.p.A. in the nearby town of Canegrate (Milan), and the companies were merged to become Koso Parcol S.r.l., and the Rho factory was moved to the Canegrate site.

Koso Parcol continues to design & manufacture both of the Parcol and Seven valve brands, which includes Globe & Angle , Ball Control Valves, and On-Off Ball Valves.
